Equip goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Warranties must be claimed within 30 days of the purchase date by emailing email@example.com the following:
1. Your receipt showing the purchased date, the product purchased and the retail outlet at which the product was purchased.
2. A photo of the fault.
3. Detailed written description of the fault.
3. Your name, address and telephone number.
4. If your claim includes reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, evidence of the value of this loss or damage must be included (e.g. receipts)
