Gastrolyte helps replace electrolytes lost due to vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating as a result of high fever, excessive exercise in hot conditions and drinking excessive alcohol.

Gastrolyte contains the correct balance of electrolytes and glucose required for oral rehydration as per the W.H.O. guidelines for oral rehydration solutions.

Only mix with clear filtered water. Avoid sugar drinks such as sports drinks, fruit juice and cordial, whilst diarrhoea is present, as these may interfere with the re-hydration process.

Gastrolyte powders are ideal for travel as it is small to pack and light to carry. (10 sachets make up 2 litres of fluid)

Gastrolyte is BETTER than WATER because water can't replace the combination of necessary electrolytes to recover from dehydration.

Gastrolyte is BETTER than SPORTS DRINKS because it contains more sodium and potassium (per litre), and unlike sports drinks that contain a lot of sugar which can interfere with the rehydration process.
